The Board deferred making a decision on the text change and asked for more information on the FAR, more clarity on building characteristics/historic preservation (the issue raised by Ms. Godzeno) and a definition of a “Physical Culture Establishment.” The applicant will attend the Planning Board meeting on Feb. 20 to answer the remaining questions. Chair Dell will determine whether the public will be allowed to speak at that meeting. In the past, she’s been very receptive to allowing the public to speak. The next step would be a referral to the Zoning Board when a public meeting would be required.
