1/9/18. Martin Waters made a second presentation last night to the North Stamford Association board about his plans to convert the property at the Long Ridge Club into a private soccer club. Questions were raised again about traffic, lighting, noise, proposed and potential land use. The North Stamford Association is compiling additional questions/concerns in advance of Water’s application to the City for this project.
