12/21/17. The North Stamford Association is monitoring the activity of the new owner of the Long Ridge Club and his plans for a private soccer facility with two artificial turf fields, lighting for night time play and a large field house. The owner aims to have the zoning amended to convert the use from “swim & tennis” to “Athletic”, with a new definition of use. The North Stamford Association welcomes comments about this potential change to zoning and “property use” from members and residents. We will keep you posted on news as it evolves.
