Stamford Meeting Hall to Meet with NSA Board
The NSA Board of Directors and representatives from the Stamford Meeting Hall plan to meet in March to discuss a proposed project to replace the former Long Ridge Swim & Tennis Club site at 2517 Long Ridge Road with a 10,700 square foot church building that could seat 546 people, along with parking for 100 cars.
According to a January 13th Stamford Advocate article “The project needs to be approved by the city’s Environmental Protection Board since there are wetlands in the area before it goes to the Zoning Board of Appeals, which needs to grant the project a special permit for it to move forward.”
More information is available on the Stamford Meeting Hall website. There is also a recap of the January 7th meeting with Long Ridge neighbors in the Advocate (paywall).
We’ll report back on any developments from the meeting.
