Last week we shared an article from The Advocate about potholes on the roads in Stamford and included contact information at Citizens Services for reporting particular streets and potholes needing fixing. We are hearing from some of our members that Citizens Services has been very responsive, sending electronic confirmation of requests for repair, getting the work done and sending another electronic confirmation saying the work was finished. We encourage members to take advantage of this channel from The City to solicit services.
