12/8/17. As per an announcement from the Office of the Mayor, “The second sweep will begin early next week and continue through the entire city, unless it snows. To ensure leaves are picked up, residents may contact the Citizen’s Service Bureau to alert the Highways Department about the location of leaves by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, December 8. Residents can do this by going to stamfordct.gov/servicecenter or calling 203-977-4140 to put in a request.”
