2/10/17. The North Stamford Association is pleased to remind residents that the City of Stamford has a Citizen’s Service Center that is there to deal with problems that arise in the neighborhood. This can be anything from weather-related issues (snow plowing, flooded roads etc.) to Animal Control (report a loose animal, barking dog etc.). There are two ways to contact them; call 203-977-4140 during office hours or go to http://www.stamfordct.gov/servicecenter.
